In a menu, use up/down arrows to scroll through available items, and enter to choose the focused one. Some menus allow you to press home/end to jump to the first/last item respectively.
Note that for a few menus you can change to the left/right arrows instead using the settings dialog.
Most menus have first letter navigation. This means you can jump to items by typing the beginning of the item name. For example, typing "beau" in the teleporter list will focus you on the "beautiful forest landscape" location.
Some menus have multi-layering. Press enter or right arrow to enter a submenu, and escape or left arrow to return to the previous menu.
Other menus may have additional keys to access extra information about each individual item.
Most menus are found in the main screen or the options list. Several menus can be accessed quickly via shortcuts in the keyboard area.
